The Challenge

Comparison platforms live or die on clarity. A visitor arriving on etel.ae is typically comparing multiple providers and multiple package types at once – the site needed to make that process effortless rather than overwhelming. Based on the nature of the platform, the project needed to address several core challenges:

• Presenting dense information simply. Internet packages involve speed tiers, bundle types (internet-only, two-play, three-play), pricing and provider-specific extras. All of this needed to be presented in a way visitors could scan quickly, not read like a spec sheet.
• Making comparison genuinely easy. With three providers and multiple package types in play, the platform needed a way to narrow down options quickly rather than forcing visitors to scroll through every plan.
• Guiding a simple, low-friction user journey. From landing on the homepage to finding a relevant plan or provider page, the path needed to feel short and obvious, with clear next steps like calling or browsing further.
• Establishing a modern, trustworthy first impression. As a new entrant in a market where visitors are used to dealing directly with established telecom brands, etel.ae needed a clean, professional design that reads as credible from the first screen.
• Working reliably across devices. With the UAE's high mobile usage, the platform needed to look and function well whether a visitor was browsing on a phone, tablet, or desktop.

These challenges shaped both the design direction and the underlying architecture Inlinkers put together for the build.

Our Solution

Inlinkers approached etel.ae as an information-first platform: the design and structure had to support fast comparison above everything else. The resulting build centers on a few key decisions:

• A clean, modern interface. The homepage leads with a clear headline and value proposition, a simple navigation bar and a visual introduction to the three supported providers – Du, Etisalat and Virgin – represented with their own branding so visitors immediately recognize who they're comparing.
• Easy, predictable navigation. The site's top navigation is deliberately minimal: Home, About, Providers, News and Contact, with quick-access links to each individual provider directly in the header. This keeps every major destination on the site within one click, regardless of where a visitor starts.
• Structured provider and plan information. Rather than one long list of packages, plans are organized into a dedicated comparison view – each provider (Du, Etisalat, Virgin Mobile) has its own detail page. This lets visitors either browse broadly across all providers or drill into one provider's offering specifically.
• User-focused information architecture. The homepage layout moves visitors through a logical sequence: an introduction to what etel.ae does, a featured "Deal of the Day" package to draw attention to a current offer, the full plan comparison section and finally a news/content section for visitors who want more context before deciding. This ordering keeps the highest-intent action – comparing plans – close to the top of the page.
• Responsive, accessible design. The interface adapts across breakpoints so that the comparison tools, provider cards and navigation remain usable on mobile devices, not just desktop.
• Scalable backend architecture on Laravel. Because the platform is built around structured, filterable data – plans, providers, pricing tiers – Inlinkers used Laravel's application structure to keep plan and provider data organized, maintainable and easy to extend as new packages or providers are added over time.

Key Features

The live platform includes a number of features that directly support its comparison-first purpose:

• Plan comparison view – a dedicated "Compare Plans" section listing available packages (currently spanning 9 plans) from all three providers in one place.
• Filtering by price, package type and provider – visitors can narrow results by price range, by package type (Internet Only, Two-Play, Three-Play) and by provider (Du, Etisalat, Virgin), making it faster to reach a relevant shortlist.
• Individual provider pages – dedicated pages for Du, Etisalat and Virgin Mobile, each with its own URL and content, so visitors can explore one provider's offering in depth.
• Featured "Deal of the Day" module – a highlighted package promotion on the homepage, used to surface a specific current offer.
• News and content section – an on-site blog ("Latest News") covering comparison and buying-guide topics such as wireless versus fiber internet, giving visitors additional context alongside the plan comparison itself.
• Direct contact access – a phone number and dedicated Contact page are present throughout the site, along with a listed email address, so visitors can reach etel.ae without hunting for support details.
• Responsive design – the layout and navigation adjust for mobile and desktop browsing.
• Clear, consistent navigation – persistent access to Home, About, Providers, News and Contact from every page.

Development Approach

What can be said with confidence is what was delivered: a clean, modern comparison platform, built on a Laravel backend, that organizes Du, Etisalat and Virgin Mobile packages into a single, filterable, easy-to-navigate experience.
